A Hayti man was arrested early Wednesday after Hayti Police and the Pemiscot County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant in the 300 Blk of East Madison. According to Hayti PD, the search warrant stems from several weeks of investigations into illegal drug activity in the area.
73 year old Danny H. Hall is facing several charges: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Hall was arraigned yesterday and will be back in court May 15. He was released on a $25,000 bond.
