A Malden man charged with a violation of the Stolen Valor Act may go back to jail. 52 year old William Clark is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday in Dunklin County. According to court documents, Clark is accused of violating the terms of his house arrest.
He was released on bond earlier this month. He’s also charged with forgery.
According to Missouri Case Net, Clark is scheduled to be arraigned in New Madrid County today on similar charges.
He was arrested last month after the Lilbourn VFW post contacted authorities about paperwork Clark allegedly submitted to them they believed were invalid.
