The Kennett School District is asking voters to approve a bond issue proposal in April. According to Superintendent Dr. Richie Leeker this is phase four of a plan to upgrade district buildings. The first phase dates back to 2008.

This is a no-tax-increase bond issue. What does that mean?

The bond issue will fund enhanced security, upgrades to the Career and Technology Center, and roof replacements.
