
Two people were sentenced earlier this month in federal court for a series of pharmacy burglaries last year in Illinois and Missouri. According to the New Madrid Police Department, 32 year old McKindley V. Allen and DaLeon J. Fontennet, both of Houston, TX, were sentenced to 100 months in prison.
Among others, the two were accused of breaking into New Madrid Pharmacy on October 16, 2023.
According to the US Attorney, after burglarizing the pharmacies, Allen admitted to conspiring with others to distribute the stolen oxycodone, hydrocodone and morphine.
The two were sentenced in US District Court in Benton, IL.
