Three 911 dispatchers from the Kennett PD will move soon across town to the Justice Center. The consolidation, according to 911 Emergency Services Director Rachael Bowles, is to prevent time delays.
After quite a bit of discussion and some opposition, the Kennett City Council voted last month to approve the consolidation.
