Running for Ward 5 Kennett City Council in Tuesday’s election is Samantha Sebastian. This is not her first time on the ballot. If elected, Sebastian will advocate for neighborhood watches to help reduce crime, and she plans to speak up.
Sebastian is running against Jimmy French. Incumbent Bill Palmer is not seeking another term.
