A Neelyville man was seriously hurt yesterday afternoon when he failed to yield his moped, and it was struck by a SUV on US 67 south of Poplar Bluff. Troop E reports the 62 year old man was taken by Air Evac to a Memphis hospital.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m.
