There are two Kennett City Council races in next week’s election. Ward 1 Councilwoman Lisa Dry is running for a second term. As a member of the Finance Committee, Dry says the Council has made a lot of progress in the last two years – but financially they had no where to go but up. The city was broke.
If re-elected Dry wants to see through a strategic plan – the last one was done in the 1970s.
