Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has submitted an additional Major Disaster Declaration to President Donald J. Trump, requesting Public Assistance for communities impacted by the severe storms and tornadoes on March 14. The disaster caused severe infrastructure damage, overwhelming amounts of debris, and hundreds of damaged dwellings.
With the damage assessment process now complete, Governor Sanders is specifically requesting public assistance in counties including Clay, Greene, Jackson, Lawrence, and Randolph.
