Arkansas State is looking for a new athletic director. Vice Chancellor for Intercollegiate Athletics Tom Bowen is stepping down effective immediately, due to health reasons. Bowen was named to lead A-State athletics on March 10 last year.
It was also announced that Amy Holt has agreed to serve as the acting VCIA. Holt is currently the Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator. System President Charles L. Welch will begin an immediate search for A-State’s next VC for Intercollegiate Athletics.
