Caruthersville Police have arrested one person in connection with the death of a four year old boy. According to a CPD news release, 23 year old Lonnie Yancey is charged with first degree involuntary manslaughter and is held at the PCJC with no bond.
No further details have been released on the incident leading to the arrest.
