MALDEN, MO. – Sunday, March 19, 2017, Malden Officers arrested Chad Wayne Cobb, 44, of Malden, as a result of charges filed with the Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney by the Malden police department.
Cobb, is being charged with a felony of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy – deviate sexual intercourse – person less than 12 years of age.
According to court records Cobb, is scheduled for his initial arraignment March 21, at 9:00 with Judge Spielman.
Bond is set at $100,000.00 cash only, and is currently in custody.
